Michael Hayes is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in fleet management, asset management, and supply chain operations. Currently serving as the Senior National Fleet Asset Manager at PepsiCo since 2018, they coordinate strategic asset deployment and management, overseeing a diverse fleet of 60,000 assets. Previously, in their role as Region Fleet Manager, they successfully managed a financial plan totaling $27 million and received the 2013 PepsiCo Chairman’s Award for Sustainability and Business Performance. Earlier in their career, they demonstrated strong leadership as the Southwest Division Manager at Laidlaw Transit, overseeing multiple operating locations and contracts. Michael earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Communication from the University at Buffalo in 1984.
