Lindsay Buchler is an experienced professional with a diverse background in organizational strategy, finance, and talent acquisition across multiple industries. At Deloitte, Lindsay served as a Senior Consultant and Consultant, contributing to significant cost savings and organizational transformations for various clients in the healthcare and manufacturing sectors. Prior experience includes a role as a Resource Management Associate at KPMG and as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Ascena Retail Group, Inc. Most recently, Lindsay has held finance and strategy positions at PepsiCo, where analysis and stakeholder collaboration led to strategic pricing recommendations and performance insights for a major product line. Lindsay holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Montclair State University and is currently pursuing an MBA at the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, building upon an undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
