Lilian Costabile has extensive experience as an executive assistant at PepsiCo, starting in January 2020 as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Science Officer and Chief of Staff to the Chairman and CEO. Over the years, Lilian has supported various functions, including Finance, General Management, Human Resources, Marketing, and Sales, while holding multiple roles including Executive Assistant to the Senior Vice President of HR and the Chief Human Resources Officer, and to the President of the Global Beverage Group. Currently, since January 2022, Lilian serves as the Executive Assistant to the Executive Vice President of Human Resources and the Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary.
