Guillermo Ayala is currently the CTO Director for Europe and Sub-Saharan Africa at PepsiCo, where they lead the definition and adoption of technology solutions to enhance business performance. Previously, they served as the Technology Manager for South West Europe at PepsiCo, focusing on technology infrastructure to support IT strategy and production stability. Guillermo's IT career began at Hewlett-Packard as an IT technician and progressed at Tyco Electronics as an IT Supervisor. They hold multiple degrees from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, including a Master’s in Big Data Management and Analytics and a Master in Project Management in IT.
