Elisa Xu is an R&D Senior Manager and M&A lead at PepsiCo Asia R&D, with 18 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control within the food industry. They spent 5 years at National Starch Food Innovation and have been with PepsiCo for over 11 years, focusing on supplier audits and Food Safety and Quality Assurance (FSQA) for various innovations in the GCR and APAC regions. Elisa participated in the Global Talent Rotation Program in New York and has received multiple awards for their contributions to quality assurance and project completion. They hold a Master’s degree in Food Quality and Safety from Jiang Nan University.
