Elif Topalcan Uygur is the R&D Snacks Category Manager for Turkey, Greece, and the Balkans at PepsiCo, a position held since 2005. They previously worked at Nestlé Turkey as an Application Group Manager, leading R&D departments for various product categories including dairy and chocolate. Earlier in their career, Elif served as a Planning Supervisor at Alemdar and as an R&D Engineer at Sagra Gida Pazarlama. Elif earned an Honours degree in Food Engineering from Middle East Technical University in 1995.
