William (Tripp) Coston is an experienced manager and director currently serving as the Director of Cost of Service, Rate Design, and Financial Analysis at TECO Peoples Gas since 2025. They have previously held roles including Division Director of Financial Analysis at the Kentucky Public Service Commission and multiple economic supervisor positions at the Florida Public Service Commission from 2019 to 2022. Tripp began their career at Bank of America as a Corporate Treasury Officer from 1997 to 2003. They hold a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Government from Valdosta State University.
