Lauren Wolfson serves as President of Decode_M, an insights and strategy firm founded to support leaders in driving transformative change within their organizations. With extensive experience in growth and leadership roles, Lauren has held positions such as Head of Growth at Dream Space and Partner at Penta Group. Previous roles include Vice President at Edelman Berland and Benenson Strategy Group, as well as Chief of Staff and Director at Penn, Schoen Berland. Lauren earned a BA in Communications, Consumer Psychology, and Marketing from the University of Pennsylvania.
