Sunil Gupta is a co-founder of Penrose Health and a founding partner at DMC Healthcare, where they have focused on primary care and operational management in South London. With early experience as a Chartered Accountant at BDO UK, they developed essential skills in cash flow and governance that inform their approach to healthcare operations. Since co-founding Penrose Health in 2006, Sunil has been responsible for the operational leadership of GP practices supporting over 70,000 patients, emphasizing workforce stability and effective service delivery within the NHS. Currently, Sunil continues to manage operations at Lewisham Healthcare NHS Trust and is pursuing education at Dulwich College.
