Wayne Chan has extensive experience in innovation and business development within financial services and technology sectors. They served as the SVP - Innovation Officer at Farmers and Merchants Bank, where they managed the bank's innovation process and IT strategic plan to enhance operational and financial goals. Previously, Wayne held leadership positions at Nissan North America, Yahoo!, and Andersen Consulting, where they focused on financial analysis, corporate partnerships, and project management. Wayne holds a BA in Economics from Wesleyan University, an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management, and further studied Economics and East Asian Studies at Doshisha University. Currently, they are the VP PMO Digital Delivery / AI at PENNYMAC, overseeing corporate AI initiatives.
