Ted Gillick is the SVP, Head of Strategy and Corporate Development at Penguin Solutions, where they lead the Corporate Development team at Dell Technologies, managing transactions including acquisitions and divestitures. They previously held senior leadership roles in corporate development at Avid Technology from 2010 to 2013 and in mergers and acquisitions at Lehman Brothers and Barclays Capital from 2004 to 2009. Ted's extensive experience includes overseeing the VMW spin-off from Dell and partnering with executives to define inorganic strategies. They hold a BBA in Finance from The College of William and Mary and an M.B.A. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
