Rachael Hyland is a content designer and product designer focused on creating impactful, human-centric designs. Previously, Rachael worked as a data analyst at Apple Maps, where they developed empathy for users and learned the importance of clear narratives in design. Rachael has held various roles, including UX designer at Pet911 and senior content designer at Peloton Interactive, where they are currently shaping user experience flows for new initiatives. Rachael holds degrees in South Asian Studies and English Language and Literature from the University of California, Berkeley and the University of Texas at Austin, and is certified in UI/UX design.
