Ifedayo Adekeye, PhD, is a legal professional with extensive experience in various roles, currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel & Business Officer at Pegasystems since September 2022. Prior to this, Ifedayo held the position of Head of Legal at PER International, where responsibilities included drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and conducting legal advisory and due diligence activities. Additional experience includes teaching modules in International Trade and Payment Law at the University of Portsmouth, providing legal consultancy services at Innovolo, and practicing as an Associate at Streamsowers Kohn, focusing on multiple areas of law including aviation and corporate law. Ifedayo's educational background includes a PhD in International Business (Technology & Commercial) Law and a Master’s Degree in Commercial and Corporate Law from the University of Portsmouth and the University of Ilorin, respectively.
