Donald Grace, JD, MBA, CPP, APM, currently serves as the Director of Global Payroll and Equity at Pegasystems, a position held since June 2016. Prior to this role, Donald Grace was the Payroll Operations Director at Paychex from July 2001 to April 2014 and worked as the Financial Services / Payroll Manager at Rogers Corporation from May 2014 to June 2016. Donald Grace obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government, Magna Cum Laude, from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania, followed by a Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego School of Law. Additionally, Donald Grace holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services from National University and studied Photography at the Rhode Island School of Design.
