Artur Lewandowski has extensive experience in technical support, currently serving as a Technical Support Manager at Pegasystems since November 2018, where previous roles have included Principal Technical Support Engineer, Senior Technical Support Engineer, and Technical Support Engineer. Prior to this, Artur worked at Urząd Miasta Krakowa from December 1995 to October 2018 in the capacity of Główny Specjalista. Artur holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer-Aided Management Systems from Wyższa Szkoła Zarządzania i Bankowości.
