Barney Ellis has extensive experience in engineering, logistics, and program management, holding several senior positions since 2008. Currently serving as a Senior Science & Technology Engineer at Peerless Technologies and a Senior Logistics Analyst at KT CONSULTING, Barney provides oversight for ICBM compliance under the New START Treaty. Previously, as a Program Manager at Miracle Systems, Barney managed significant programs related to electromagnetic pulse hardening for nuclear command and control systems. Additional roles include support of the Air Force's $14 billion overhaul of nuclear systems, training support at Engility Corporation, and technical management at Southern Avionics Company.
