J.B. Munch is the Cofounder and CEO of Pebble Impact, LLC. They previously worked at Moss Adams LLP (2016–2017) as Manager, Transaction Advisory Services, and held roles as Senior Manager and Senior Associate in Transaction Advisory Services. They advised strategic and private equity buyers through a variety of contemplated merger, acquisition, and recapitalization transactions and led financial due diligence teams in identifying financial and operational risks and opportunities associated with target businesses in the software/technology, consumer brands, and manufacturing industries. They also worked at GALLINA LLP in Business Assurance from 2012 to 2015. They earned a B.S. in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis, in 2009.
