Jennifer Xu is currently the Head of Performance Marketing and CRM at Pearson, where they lead recruitment and development efforts for the marketing team and implement CRM strategies. Previously, they served as a Senior Marketing Coordinator at CallisonRTKL, managing marketing communications in the Beijing office, and held roles including Marketing Manager and International Marketing Executive at Renaissance Learning and a Marketing Consultant position at The Sure Chill Company. Jennifer also worked as the Corporate & Marketing Communications Manager for GuocoLand Group. They are pursuing a Master's degree in International Marketing at King's College London and hold a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from Shandong University.
