James Caddy is a seasoned finance leader currently serving as Senior Director of Finance at Pearson, where they manage finance partnerships for clinical assessment and school qualifications. With a background as a PwC trained chartered accountant, James has extensive experience in senior finance and investor relations roles, notably at ICG plc, where they acted as Group Head of FP&A. They have demonstrated success in collaborating with cross-functional teams and enhancing investor relationships, which contributed to an increase in shareholder diversification. Additionally, James is actively involved with Tushinde Children's Trust as a member of the Board of Trustees.
