Alex Clark is a Senior Director of Engineering at Pearson, where they lead a global organization of over 150 engineers and architects in eCommerce and content platforms. With more than 20 years of experience in software leadership, Alex has focused on platform strategy and technical innovation, successfully driving the adoption of MACH architecture and integrating AI solutions. Previously, they held various roles, including Director of Engineering at The White Company, where they established Agile delivery teams and optimized development processes. Alex earned a degree in Geography with Applied Computing from King's College London.
