Scott Bates is currently the Chief Building Engineer, Facilities Project Manager, and Master Electrician at the Peabody Essex Museum. Previously, Scott worked as a Project Foreman and Licensed Electrician at Cranney Companies from 2001 to 2012, overseeing large-scale electrical projects and managing onsite crews. In 2013, Scott briefly served as a Licensed Electrician and Mechanic at First Electric Motor Service, where they completed various electrical projects across Boston hospitals and municipal locations. Scott graduated from Salem High School in 1983 with a diploma in Electrical and Power Transmission Installers.
