Maricela Alarcon, Ed.D., is a dedicated servant leader and change agent currently serving as a National Faculty member at PBLWorks. They have held the position of School Principal at San Antonio ISD, overseeing both CAST Med High School and CAST Imagine Middle School. Previously, Maricela held various educational leadership roles, including Principal and Vice Principal at Northside ISD. They began their career as a Church Community Service Worker with Mennonite Central Committee and have a strong educational background, including a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
