Previously, Helena built Amazon's Third-Party Gift Card Program in Europe, managing a diverse portfolio and leading a high-performing team. With a robust background in the payment industry, Helena has experience in key account management, operations, and product development, having worked with major companies such as BONAGO and PAYBACK. Helena holds a Master of Arts in International Cultural and Business Studies from Universität Passau and a Bachelor of Arts from Universität Duisburg-Essen.
