Liliya Sichanova serves as a People Development Specialist at Paysafe Group since February 2021, previously holding the position of Learning and Development Specialist at Modis from January 2019 to February 2021. At Modis, responsibilities included conducting training needs analysis, designing and facilitating various training programs for new hires and senior employees, managing reports for L&D activities, and mentoring team members.
