Nicholas Hornschuch is an experienced operations and supply chain professional, currently serving as the Director of Field Operations at PayRange since April 2025. Previously, Nicholas held the position of Materials Manager at JSR Micro, Inc. where responsibilities included inventory control, purchasing, and logistics, successfully reducing costs and enhancing delivery efficiency. Nicholas has a solid background in supply chain management from roles at Edwards Vacuum, including Supply Chain Process Manager and Warehouse and Logistics Manager, where leadership and process improvement were key focuses. Additional experience includes managing operations as a Material Manager in a contract role, transforming a warehouse space into a high-volume distribution center, and serving as an asset manager. Nicholas began a career in logistics as a Specialist in the US Navy, overseeing significant inventory and training operations. Academic credentials include a high school diploma and coursework in Business Administration.
