Leigh Murrin is currently serving as the Associate General Counsel and Head of Commercial Legal for International Markets at PayPal. They previously held the position of Chief Legal Operations Counsel for GE Capital International and were General Counsel for both GE Corporate Finance Bank SAS and GE Global Working Capital Solutions. With a background that includes experience in corporate governance, legal operations, and multi-jurisdictional legal issues, Leigh led legal and compliance teams throughout their career. They began their legal journey at Hogan Lovells as a solicitor before advancing to various senior legal roles in significant organizations. Leigh is currently pursuing an LLB in Law at The University of Reading and completing the Law Society Finals at the University of Law.
