Gary McCully, PhD, CISSP, OSCP, GXPN, and CEH, is an Offensive Security Specialist with nearly 20 years of experience in Red Teaming. Currently serving as a Senior Offensive Security Engineer at PayPal, Gary has previously held roles at National City Bank, Associated Bank, SQS Group, and SecureState. They have extensive expertise in conducting Red and Purple Team assessments, adversary simulations, and web application security. Gary holds a PhD in Cyber Operations from Dakota State University and a Master's degree in Information Assurance and Cybersecurity, graduating with distinction from Capella University. Additionally, they are a member of the SANS/GIAC Advisory Board.
