Eric Reichbaum is a seasoned content design leader with over 15 years of experience in copywriting, content design, and UX writing. Currently, Eric heads the content design team at Fiverr, where they focus on enhancing client and freelancer experiences through collaboration. Since 2019, Eric has also served as a UX writing coach, teaching the UX Writing Essentials course to students from renowned companies. Previously, Eric held positions at Meta, Booking.com, and B&H Photo Video, among others. An avid photographer and musician, Eric has had work published in various magazines and continues to share their passion for photography in their spare time.
