Dennis Lee is currently the Vice President of Corporate Development at Intapp, a role they have held since 2024. Previously, they served as a Director of Global Corporate Development at PayPal and worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Financial Sponsors Group at Citi from 2011 to 2013. Dennis also held positions as a Private Equity Associate at SK Capital Partners and as an Analyst at Newbrook Capital Advisors. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Mathematics from the University of Virginia and pursued further studies at Columbia University - Columbia Business School.
