Bharat Jha possesses extensive experience in software development and engineering management, beginning with a consultant role at Capgemini and a senior consultant position at Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India. Following these early roles, Bharat transitioned to multiple positions at PayPal, progressing from Software Engineer 3 to Member of Technical Staff 1 and ultimately to Engineering Manager for Software Development 1 and Software Development 2. Additionally, Bharat served as a Senior Software Engineer at Visa. Bharat holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electronics from the Maharashtra Academy of Engineering (MIT AOE), Pune, completed between 2007 and 2011.
