Viktorija Gileva has extensive experience in sales and operations within the technology and payment sectors. Since June 2016, Viktorija has held multiple leadership roles at Payoneer, including Global Head of SDR and Team Lead Inside Sales for Enterprise EMEA, focusing on a payment orchestration platform for global enterprises. Prior to Payoneer, Viktorija worked at qonsius as a Research Assistant and Project Coordinator on sustainability projects, and held sales and account management positions at Seavus and Global Net. Viktorija's career began with various roles, including sales management and project coordination, in organizations such as Artisoft, CS Global, and the Customs of the Republic of Macedonia. Viktorija holds a Master's degree in Sustainable Resources Management from the Technical University of Munich and a Bachelor’s degree in E-business from the University Ss. Cyril and Methodius in Skopje.
