Dustin McDaniel is currently the Director of Software Quality at Paycom, where they lead a diverse team of over 550 individuals. They previously served as the Director of Software Development – Customs/401K and have extensive experience in software integration and development. Prior to their current role, Dustin worked as a Mechanical Engineer at Cimarron Trailers, where they designed and implemented new products and processes. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Oklahoma State University.
