Pedro Navarro has an extensive career in human resources, currently serving as the Paychex Human Resource Solution Area Manager since December 1996. In this role, Pedro ensures the delivery of quality products and services to clients by directing Human Resource Consultants and addressing client issues in coordination with Branch, Region, and Corporate offices on matters related to benefits, payroll, and safety. Prior to joining Paychex, Pedro worked at General Electric from August 1989 to August 1996 as a Team Leader in Corporate Benefits. Pedro holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University at Albany.
