Jody Cravotta is an experienced professional with a robust background in product ownership and technical support, currently serving as a Senior Product Owner at Paychex since February 2012. Jody has effectively acted as a liaison among Operations, Product Management, Development, and Test Engineering, managing application enhancements and providing second-level product support for the Online Services suite. With earlier roles in online services technical support and HR online advisory, Jody has demonstrated a strong ability to resolve complex technical issues and administer client support. Prior to Paychex, Jody served as a Shift Manager at Clover Lanes Inc., where responsibilities included website management and employee scheduling. Jody holds a Master of Business Administration in General Business Management from Morris Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration in the same field from Robert Morris University.
