Caryn Lee currently serves as the Director of Market Strategy for HCM Enterprise at Paychex, a position held since September 2024. Prior to this, Caryn accumulated extensive experience at ADP, progressing from District Manager to Division Vice President, where responsibilities included driving channel strategy and growth initiatives for Private Equity across the U.S. and leading sales efforts across the Pacific Northwest. Caryn's earlier roles include Executive Recruiter at Opti Staffing Group and VP of Public Relations at MDT Clinics of Portland. Caryn holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Portland and a BS in Speech Communications from Oregon State University.
