Andrea M. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and sales consulting. Currently serving as a Sr. New Business Sales Consultant at Paychex since January 2020, Andrea previously held the role of HR Specialist at HROI from May 2015 to December 2020, and contributed as a Human Resources Generalist and HR Coordinator at Haier America from March 2008 to December 2014. Earlier in the career, Andrea worked as an Accounts Receivable Associate, facilitating customer payments for major clients, and began in customer service as a Payroll Assistant at Toy Tokyo. Andrea holds a BBA in Human Resources Management from Baruch College, a Certificate in Professional Human Resource Management from Pace University, and an AAS in Accounting from City Tech, CUNY.
