Ayokunle Olowogboyega is an MBA candidate at Warwick Business School with a strong background in law and finance. Previously, Ayokunle has advised multinational and indigenous companies in private equity, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and regulatory compliance. Ayokunle has held various roles, including associate positions at Tayo Oyetibo LP, Sefton Fross, TNP, and TEMPLARS, along with a legal internship at Banjo Ayenakin & Co. Currently, Ayokunle serves as the Head of Legal at Payaza Africa Limited. Ayokunle received a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Ibadan and completed a First Class at the Nigerian Law School.
