Dehan Smit is an experienced technical professional with a strong background in integration and support roles. Currently serving as a Technical Integrations Engineer at Pay@ since August 2022, Dehan previously led the Integration Team and Product/Technical Support Desk at Yoyo from March 2017 to August 2022. Prior to that, Dehan worked as a Product Support Analyst, assisting clients and POS providers with the integration into the wiGroup Platform, and as a Service Desk Agent, addressing client queries related to various services. Earlier experience includes roles as an IT Technician at Spinnaker Software and a Customer Support Technician at Arch Retail Systems, where Dehan provided technical support and troubleshooting for retail hardware and software.
