Kiknavelidze Kaha is currently an Independent Board Member at Pave Bank, a position held since 2024. They previously served as an Independent Board Member at Ameriabank CJSC from 2020 to 2024 and as Chief Executive Officer at Bank of Georgia from 2016 to 2019. Kiknavelidze also held various roles including Independent Non-Executive Director at BGEO Group PLC from 2012 to 2016, and Partner, Deputy Head of Research at Troika Dialog from 1997 to 2005. They earned an MBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School and a BSc in Economics from Georgian Agrarian University.
