Brian Kelley is an experienced environmental scientist and construction oversight engineer with over a decade of expertise in environmental remediation and education. Currently employed at PS&S since October 2011, Brian serves as a construction oversight engineer for landside excavation and sediment dredge remediation of former manufactured gas plants, also acting as a perimeter air monitoring technician. Prior to this role, Brian worked as an environmental educator at The Wetlands Institute, where responsibilities included conducting field trips and teaching students about marine life. Additional experience includes research assistant positions at Drexel University and The Wetlands Institute, where Brian contributed to studies on avian ecology and coastal species conservation. Brian holds a Master's degree in Environmental Science from Drexel University and a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Delaware.
