Joseph Glatt is the Partner and Co-Chair of the Private Credit Group at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, bringing over 25 years of experience in private practice and in-house roles. Previously, they served as a Partner in the Financial Institutions & Strategy Group at Apollo Global Management, Inc., focusing on balance sheet investing and capital formation from 2021 to 2024. Joseph also held the position of General Counsel for Apollo's credit-focused investment advisor from 2007 to 2021, overseeing all corporate governance and regulatory matters. Their earlier experience includes roles at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP, and MidCap Financial. Joseph earned a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and a BA in Political Science, Psychology, and Hebraic Studies from Rutgers University.
