Neil Schaadt is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and engineering. Currently serving as Group Vice President and Business Unit Director at Patrick Industries, Inc. since December 2019, Neil has held various leadership positions including Area Business Manager at Bridgestone Americas and Business Unit Manager at Rockwell Collins and B/E Aerospace. Prior experience includes roles at Norcraft Companies, Federal-Mogul, Eaton Corporation, and International Truck and Engine Corporation, where Neil contributed to initiatives in lean manufacturing, employee development, and production efficiency. As the former owner of The Body Building, a fitness club, Neil demonstrated entrepreneurial skills in program planning and budget management. Neil holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Indiana Institute of Technology and an Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Lima Technical College.
