Kathleen Pacini currently serves as Chief People Officer at Patreon since February 2023, bringing extensive experience in human resources and talent management from previous roles at Twitter, PwC, Frontier Internet, Protiviti, and Deloitte. At Twitter, Kathleen held multiple positions, culminating in leadership of the global Human Resources Business Partner team, directly partnering with executive leadership. Prior to her tenure at Twitter, Kathleen worked at PwC as a Human Capital Manager and contributed to various HR functions at Frontier Internet and Protiviti. Kathleen's educational background includes a BS in Accounting and Marketing from Santa Clara University and executive education in Compensation Strategies from The Wharton School.
