Lilian Githuka is currently a Member of the Board of Trustees at the Rift Valley Institute, a position they have held since 2024. Prior to this, they served as the Regional HR Manager for Africa at Christian Aid from 2013 to 2018, where they played a key role in developing strategic HR functions across the continent. Lilian holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Development from the United States International University and has extensive experience in human resource management, having worked with organizations such as Médecins Sans Frontières and Gatsby Africa in various leadership roles. Their educational background includes a B.Ed in French and Secretarial studies from Kenyatta University.
