Mamadou Mballo DIALLO serves as the Digital Health and MEL Regional Lead for West and Central Africa at PATH since November 2022, overseeing digital health projects in Mali, Senegal, and Guinea, and managing MEL systems across several countries. Prior to PATH, Mamadou held various positions at JSI | John Snow, Inc., including Senegal Team Lead and Senior Learning Specialist under the USAID Feed The Future Senegal Nutrition project, where responsibilities included the development of operational research and learning programs. Additional experience includes roles at Eau Vie Environnement, where project monitoring and evaluation were key, and at NGO WATER LIFE ENVIRONMENT, focusing on community health development plans. Mamadou's academic qualifications include a Master's Degree in Management of Public Health Institutions and Policies from Université Cheikh Anta Diop de Dakar and a professional Bachelor's Degree in Community Health from Université Alioune Diop de Bambey.
