As the Chief Revenue Officer, Jim leads a cross-functional team responsible for the delivery of the Partners brand of best-in-class products and service that support a magical Member experience. Jim is responsible for leading product research, product strategy and product development to ensure offerings are competitive in the marketplace, in line with Member input and feedback, and consistently delivered ahead of Members’ needs.
