Kenneth Holloway serves as the Vice President of Legal at Partnerize since 2025, after previously holding positions as Senior Counsel for Commercial, IP & Privacy at Vacasa and Senior Legal Counsel for Data Privacy & Americas at Partnerize. Prior roles include Assistant General Counsel at the State Bar of California and Independent Startup Consultant for early-stage startups. Kenneth has a strong foundation in litigation from tenure as a Senior Associate in the Complex Commercial Litigation Group at Dechert LLP and experience as an Assistant District Attorney with the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office. Early legal experience includes an internship at the Foundation for Individual Rights in Education. Kenneth holds a J.D. from New York University School of Law and a B.A. in Cognitive Science from the University of Pennsylvania.
