Michael Milbach is an accomplished manager in network engineering with extensive experience in cybersecurity and communications networking. Currently serving as the Manager of Network Engineering at Parsons Corporation since November 2023, Milbach leads a technical team for the CYBERCOM Cyber Immersion Lab. Previously, Milbach held the role of Capability Integration Lead at Tau Six, LLC, and Engineering Manager at Cisco Systems, where leadership was exemplified by managing teams of senior engineers and delivering high-impact projects for the Intelligence Community. With a robust background at the Defense Intelligence Agency, Milbach progressively advanced through various engineering management roles, demonstrating exceptional leadership in network architecture and integration. An early career as an Information Technology Consultant further established a strong foundation in project management and network design. Milbach holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Maryland.
