Dulitha Dharmaratne, MRICS, is a Contracts and Procurement Specialist and Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 10 years of experience in construction and infrastructure projects. Currently serving as a Procurement Contract Manager at Parsons Corporation, Dulitha leads procurement and contract management for major projects in Saudi Arabia, including the world’s largest entertainment and cultural city. Previously, Dulitha held key roles in various organizations, contributing to notable projects such as the NEOM THE Line project and managing contracts and planning at firms like JAT Holdings Limited and Wallspan. Dulitha graduated with a First-Class Honors degree in Quantity Surveying and Construction Management from Sheffield Hallam University and continues to enhance professional skills through continuous learning.
