Dr. Eng. Ikhlass Ibraheem holds a PhD in Civil Structural Engineering and a Master's in Structural Engineering, with extensive experience in project management and structural design. They worked as a Project Manager and Senior Structural Engineer at Musanada from 2011 to 2023, overseeing various government projects in Abu Dhabi. Currently, Dr. Ibraheem is a Senior Civil Structural Engineer at Parsons Corporation, focusing on comprehensive structural reviews for government projects. They have also served as a Senior Lecturer at Damascus University and held leadership roles in multiple engineering firms throughout their career.
